Lumyly Referral Program Rules

Last updated: 15 August 2026

These Rules govern the Lumyly Referral Program, through which users of the Lumyly platform may invite new creators to register and use Lumyly via dedicated referral codes and their public URLs and receive, when the applicable conditions are met, Lumyly Wallet credits.

Rewards under the Referral Program are granted exclusively as Lumyly Wallet credits. Credits are not money, cannot be converted into money, and do not confer any right to cash withdrawals or cash payments.

Participation in the Referral Program is subject to these Rules, the Terms of Service, and the other conditions applicable to the use of Lumyly.

1. Program participation

The Referral Program is available to Lumyly users who have an account eligible to participate.

Users who participate in the Referral Program may generate and use:

  • personal referral codes;
  • public referral URLs associated with those codes.

Codes and their public URLs may be shared through the user’s channels, campaigns, content, or other permitted means of communication.

Lumyly reserves the right to limit, suspend, or disable participation in the Referral Program in the cases provided for in these Rules.

2. Referral codes

Each user may create multiple referral codes. Creating a code also generates a public referral URL associated with that code.

When creating a code, the user may enter a custom code or leave the field empty; if empty, Lumyly generates a random code automatically.

The user may optionally assign a label to a code for personal organization. Labels may be edited later; the code or token itself cannot be changed.

The ability to create multiple codes allows, among other things, the use of different codes for different campaigns or channels and the separate analysis of their performance.

Entering a referral code at registration and using the public referral URL associated with a code are equivalent for attribution purposes, subject to the first-touch rules below.

Each referral code has its own statistics, which may include, depending on available data:

  • clicks;
  • sign-ups;
  • qualified sign-ups;
  • conversion rate;
  • credits generated.

2.1 Immutability and deletion

Once created, a referral code (and its associated token) is immutable.

It is not possible to modify or rename the code or token.

The user may:

  • activate a code;
  • deactivate it;
  • delete it only if it has never recorded any statistics (all counters for clicks, sign-ups and conversions associated with that code are equal to zero); otherwise the user may only deactivate it;
  • create a new one.

Deactivating a code does not alter the history of activities and statistics previously associated with it.

Deletion is therefore reserved for unused codes. Codes that have recorded any of the statistics listed above cannot be deleted.

Codes already used for a registration cannot be modified in order to change the attribution of the related user.

3. Referral attribution

Attribution of an invited user to a referrer occurs at registration through the referral link or code used.

Attribution follows the first-touch principle.

Once the account is registered, the associated referrer is considered final and cannot be changed through later use of other referral links or codes.

Accordingly, a user who registered through a given link or code cannot later be reassigned to another referrer.

Each invited account may be associated with only one referrer.

Use of multiple referral links or codes by the same user does not generate multiple rewards for the same account.

4. Referral Program rewards

The Program provides the qualified sign-up reward described below.

4.1 Qualified sign-up reward

For each invited user who completes a qualified sign-up, the following are granted:

50 Wallet credits to the referrer and 50 Wallet credits to the invitee.

Account registration alone, accessing the platform, or email verification are not, individually, sufficient to generate the reward.

A sign-up is qualified only when the invited user:

  1. has verified their email address and has an active account;
  2. has completed the immersive Lumyly onboarding;
  3. has published their biolink;
  4. meets the minimum requirements for participation in the Network/Cross-Promotion;
  5. has a biolink that complies with the applicable requirements, including, where required, a real avatar and profile content that is not made up of default texts or content;
  6. passes the automatic security and anti-abuse checks provided by Lumyly.

The reward may be kept in a verification state until the applicable checks are completed.

All conditions required for the qualified sign-up reward must be completed within 30 days of the date and time of registration of the invited user.

If the invited user completes these requirements after the 30-day window has expired, the qualified sign-up reward is not generated.

5. Time window for referral rewards

The 30-day window from the date and time of registration of the invited account applies to completing all conditions required for the qualified sign-up reward.

For determining the deadline, the date and time recorded in Lumyly’s systems prevail.

After that period, later completion of sign-up qualification requirements does not generate the reward for that registration.

6. Crediting of credits

Referral credits are managed through the Lumyly Wallet.

Lumyly may record a reward in a verification or pending state before it becomes actually available, in order to complete the necessary checks.

The reward may be:

  • confirmed and credited;
  • kept on hold;
  • blocked;
  • revoked.

Technical recording of the reward and the related Wallet credit are subject to the eligibility, security, and anti-abuse checks provided by the Program.

7. Self-referral and multiple accounts

Self-referrals or conduct aimed at obtaining rewards through multiple accounts are not permitted.

By way of example, it is not permitted to:

  • invite oneself;
  • use one’s own referral link or code to create accounts controlled by the same person;
  • create multiple accounts to obtain rewards;
  • use third-party accounts under one’s control in order to generate rewards;
  • simulate real registrations or conversions;
  • use automated systems or other tools to artificially generate clicks, registrations, or conversions;
  • circumvent the Program’s limits, checks, or conditions.

8. Anti-abuse checks

Lumyly may perform automatic and manual checks to verify the legitimacy of activities carried out through the Referral Program.

Checks may use, among other available elements:

  • IP address;
  • device fingerprint and technical signals;
  • email address;
  • account data and characteristics;
  • registration-related data;
  • registration patterns and frequency;
  • relationships between accounts;
  • payment-related data;
  • activity on the platform;
  • other technical and behavioral signals necessary to prevent abuse.

Lumyly may use a risk-scoring system to identify anomalous or potentially fraudulent behavior.

The presence of the same IP address or other matching technical elements across multiple accounts may constitute a risk indicator, but may be assessed together with the other available elements.

Sharing an IP address, for example through home, corporate, public, or mobile networks, does not necessarily constitute proof of abuse.

9. Suspension and blocking of rewards

Where there are indicators of possible abuse, a breach of these Rules, or conduct that does not comply with the Program rules, Lumyly may, as appropriate:

  • keep rewards in a pending state;
  • block the granting of rewards;
  • temporarily suspend participation in the Program;
  • disable one or more referral links or codes;
  • revoke credits already credited;
  • suspend or limit the account;
  • take further measures provided for in the Terms of Service.

Lumyly may also perform checks after rewards have been credited.

Temporary availability of credits in the Wallet does not prevent Lumyly from performing later checks and, where provided by these Rules, revoking them.

10. Revocation of rewards

If a referral reward has been granted and it is later found that the eligibility conditions were not or are no longer met, or that the reward was obtained in breach of these Rules, Lumyly may revoke the reward.

Revocation may entail a corresponding Wallet adjustment according to the applicable technical procedures.

11. Reward limits

Each qualifying event may generate only one reward for the referrer and only one reward for the invitee.

It is not possible to obtain multiple rewards for the same invited user through:

  • multiple referral links;
  • multiple referral codes;
  • multiple campaigns;
  • multiple accounts;
  • multiple devices;
  • other tools aimed at circumventing the original attribution.

Creating multiple referral assets serves solely to enable different tracking and campaign analysis activity and does not change the individual limits provided by the Program.

12. Use of credits

Credits obtained through the Referral Program are credited to the Lumyly Wallet and may be used according to the features and conditions applicable to the Wallet and Lumyly services.

Referral credits:

  • are not money;
  • are not refundable in cash;
  • cannot be withdrawn;
  • cannot be transferred between users, unless a different feature is expressly provided by Lumyly;
  • cannot be converted into currency or other financial instruments.

13. Changes, suspension, or discontinuation of the Program

Lumyly reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Referral Program, including:

  • reward amounts;
  • qualification requirements;
  • duration of time windows;
  • attribution methods;
  • available features;
  • ways of using credits.

Future changes do not prejudice, except in cases of abuse, fraud, technical error, chargeback, or breach of these Rules, rewards already validly earned under the conditions applicable at the time of the qualifying event.

Lumyly may temporarily suspend the Program for technical, security, maintenance, or other legitimate reasons.

14. Program violations

If Lumyly finds or reasonably believes that a user has violated these Rules, the Terms of Service, or the platform usage rules, it may take the measures deemed necessary to protect the Program and the platform.

Such measures may include, depending on severity and circumstances:

  • non-recognition of rewards;
  • blocking of pending rewards;
  • revocation of credits;
  • suspension of participation in the Program;
  • deactivation of links or codes;
  • limitation of account features;
  • suspension or closure of the account.

15. Acceptance of the Rules

Participation in the Referral Program implies acceptance of these Rules.

The user is responsible for the correct use of their referral links and codes and must ensure that the ways in which they promote Lumyly comply with applicable laws, the Terms of Service, and the platform rules.

The Program does not authorize the user to present themselves as an employee, official representative, or partner of Lumyly, unless specifically authorized.

16. Final provisions

For anything not expressly governed by these Rules, the Lumyly Terms of Service apply, as well as the other policies and conditions applicable to the platform.

In the event of a conflict between these Rules and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service prevail, unless expressly provided otherwise.
