Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the platform, future features or launch invitations.

4. Username Requests

Username selections submitted during the waitlist phase are considered preferences only.

Lumyly reserves the right to approve, reject, reassign, modify or remove usernames at its sole discretion.

Submission of a requested username does not constitute ownership or guarantee future availability.

6. Intellectual Property

All Lumyly branding, software, trademarks, content and intellectual property remain the property of Lumyly unless otherwise stated.

9. Limitation of Liability
